The tourist season is in focus now and during the upcoming weeks in the European countries and meeting people from other cultures are indeed possibilities to those traveling across the non-visible borders within the European Union. Many different cultures living and working together are a fact of life in our today`s communities, but it is unfortunately not a fact, that all cultures are united in the term of equal treatments and human rights, why we have to work a lot towards goals like acceptance and respect to humanity on earth. Usually we do understand and accept the extremes like people who die of hunger, disasters by nature following acute help and spreading deceases. We are very good in “hidings” either with the extreme situations or the facts of discrepancies between our neighbors or social community.
….And we do accept more than our borders might allow without knowing it. Flying around in Europe I noticed how much we are in “public” without giving it many thought. Video recordings in airports, streets, public and private buildings, mobiles registered nearly everywhere and easy to catch by satellites, Facebook and Gmail (Google) are filing everything on their data base, IP numbers and each click on the Internet are registered by many including secret services, satellites and the new geometric systems will soon be able to register your entire movements inclusive your health ……..and all this because of one reason …our fear for terror attacks, which makes it easy to absorb for security reasons, even though our private border lines are broken many times.
New technologies will continue and new culture and cultures might the result of the registration machines, where our life is so to say “routed by automatic non-visible big brothers”.
The Danish author and poem H.C. Andersen wrote “to travel is to live”, but things are indeed changed a lot since he was traveling around in the European countries.
As an addendum to the traveling season and with my “Big Brother” out of sight I made a visit to the city Nazaré, Portugal and it became clear to me, that this community would be a great place to our ongoing “meeting points” for the organization “Artists in Action – Culture unites Cultures for Humanity” acting as a location with the facilities needed for our goals – a place that offers us the necessary tools like Hotel and Resort Centers, nature and a water front including conference, wellness and event facilities.
Further details will follow in due course and we will of course keep you updated about forthcoming event arrangements whether in Cannes, France – Agaete, Gran Canary Islands or Nazaré, Portugal.

THREE MAIN AREAS IN DEVELOPMENT AND PROGRESS 2010 – 2011.
The financial crisis is unfortunately still an ongoing topic even though some green lights may appear at the end of the tunnel. It is however, quite amazing to notice, that many people in the world continues in new aspects of creativity under the existing conditions and in many cases following a successful addendum to the existing and may be conservative way to act during the daily life on earth. Working in creative circles might lead to new explorations and ideas to a new entrance whether it is a matter of artwork, music and song performances, events or festivals.
During the past months I have committed myself in different kinds of new projects to the benefit of the entire cultural areas on basis the up-building of smaller communities each having the possibilities to have a “meeting point” in different areas of the world. A “meeting point” is a hotel or resort center with the facilities to arrange events, exhibitions, concerts and situated in a place where the nature and water front is an integrated part of the area – inspirational and attractive to artists and others who likes the social aspects as well.
The non-profit organization “Artists in Action – Culture unites Cultures for Humanity” was established with exactly the goal to explore and find suitable areas in the world for the purpose of multi-related possibilities offered to a wide range of creative people interested to participate thereby supporting and contribute to various aid programs in the world.

The main areas of work and progress will be like the following: • Establishments of “meeting points” worldwide and we are already in progress to finalize the first areas of facilities to be launched during the end of this year.
• A horse caravan to be launched and started in May 2011 to the most important issue in our world today – The Environment. The caravan is scheduled to a journey throughout Europe with breaks and pit-stops for event purposes under the theme “environment”.
• Organizational changes of “Artists in Action – Culture unites Cultures for Humanity” in order to be recognized and attached to the rules applicable for fund raising via the European Commission Culture and other State Authorities or local regions.
